Wash
daily with a pH-balanced cleansing oil (e.g. Bio clin
cleansing oil) and look after your body since it now needs
your care more than ever:
Breasts: in the morning a phial of Rilastil
Breast Toner, Rilastil Breast Gel and Sirky Gel; in the
evening use a phial and cream, massaging in the products
using a rotary-action, working from the bottom upwards.
Body: a phial of Rilastil elasticizer
and elasticizing creams for the first two months, followed
by Rilastil for stretch marks in phial form and a stretch
mark cream right to the end of pregnancy.
During breastfeeding alternate Rilastil elasticizer cream
with Rilastil firming cream and, in the instance of cellulite,
Slimming Rilastil.
For your legs: use Vegedren in phial and cream
form. Do not forget to take a good vitamin supplement
to give you the strength and tranquillity to get through
gestation and, later in, breastfeeding (e.g. Gravigil,
Multicentrum for mothers) |
